Refund policy
Since my products are custom/handmade, I do not accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges. However, I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If it arrives damaged or in bad condition, I will replace the damaged item at no cost. However, there will be a shipping fee that you are responsible for in order to reship the replaced item. If there are any concerns or issues with your item/order upon receiving it, email me within 14 days of receiving the order at bohosoul4life@gmail.com to discuss further details.
